Estimated Cost Breakdown
Estimated total cost
₹6,50,000
This is an estimate based on the inputs you provide. Actual costs vary by role, team size, and company context. Use this as a directional guide, not a precise figure.
How the estimate works
Three components, your numbers.
Recruiting & replacement cost
Calculated as: Annual CTC × (Recruiting % ÷ 100). This covers the direct cost of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding a replacement — job ads, recruiter time, hiring-manager interview hours, and the first weeks of onboarding overhead.
Ramp productivity loss
Calculated as: (Monthly CTC × Ramp months) × (1 − Average productivity ÷ 100). During the ramp period, the replacement hire is not yet operating at full capacity. This component estimates the value of output that is foregone compared to a fully effective employee in the same role.
Separation & exit cost
Entered directly as a rupee amount. Includes notice-period salary, any agreed severance or gratuity, HR and legal overhead, and the cost of knowledge transfer and handover time.
