Assessment volume
How many candidates or employees you assess per month or per drive. Occasional use looks different from ongoing hiring pipelines.
Proctoring level
Honour-mode, browser lockdown only, or full webcam + AI-flagged monitoring. Proctoring infrastructure is the biggest cost driver.
Integrations
Whether you need ATS webhooks, HRMS sync, SSO/SAML, or LMS connectors changes the setup scope.
Support level
Self-serve email support versus dedicated account management and SLA-backed uptime are tiered separately.

Does AssessIQ charge per assessment or per seat?
Pricing is structured around your usage volume and the features you need — not a rigid per-seat fee. We discuss your actual hiring or assessment cadence and propose accordingly. Contact us to start that conversation.
Is there a free trial?

What is included in the Enterprise tier?
Enterprise customers get full proctoring (webcam + browser lockdown), custom question packs, ATS/HRMS integrations, SSO, dedicated support, and SLA-backed uptime. Volume and pricing are agreed on contract.
Do you charge separately for proctoring?
Proctoring (webcam monitoring, browser lockdown, anomaly flagging) is a capability tier, not a per-attempt add-on. It is included from the Growth tier upward. Starter plans use honour-mode only.
Can educational institutions get a different rate?
Yes. Colleges and universities that run high-volume placement or certification exams are assessed differently from corporate hiring clients. Contact us with your institution type and estimated candidate volumes.
