Upper-middle band on all four components. Can contribute meaningfully to a sprint task that touches UI, API, and database without needing specialist help at any layer.

Specialist with full-stack label

Top band on one or two components, lower band on others. May be a better fit for a specialised role. Per-component bands surface this pattern; an aggregate score would hide it.

Why four bands beat one total

A total score of 72 across four tests tells you almost nothing about a full-stack candidate.
